ValueHunt is an AI-powered mobile application that helps users:

• Identify items by scanning images using artificial intelligence
• Estimate market values by comparing scanned items to eBay market data
• Track valuable finds and build a collection
• Discover insights about vintage, collectible, and thrifted items
• Make informed purchasing decisions at thrift stores, yard sales, and marketplaces

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ValueHunt. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Service. By using ValueHunt, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of ValueHunt, you must create an account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Billing Cycle: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected plan.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

8. AI Estimates & Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimates Are Approximate: AI-generated valuations are based on algorithms and market data, which may not always be accurate.
• Market Variability: Actual market values fluctuate based on condition, demand, location, and timing.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for purchase decisions based on our estimates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ValueHunt immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended non-payment of subscription fees

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
